This classical improvisation was actually improvised at the piano, with no preparation beforehand.

This is the second improvisation of the second section of the set: Illuminating Perception. It begins almost ethereally, slowly building until it ends powerfully with C Major chords.

This Improvisation ends with C major, even though that is not its key. This leads directly into the next Improvisation (Illuminating Perception 3) which is in C Major.
